I have neither the laptop nor my hard-earned money. Please review my case fairly and help me get my refund.

@AmazonHelp Have consulted with every possible way but didn't get positive response as they state that they got wrong product but I have returned the same product which I received and having video proof and picture of that but no action is taken repeating same thing according to their end

@AmazonHelp Have responded to it but continuously being asked by Amazon executive that I have returned wrong model laptop but I have received wrong model laptop from Amazon itself and is the same item which I have returned have video proof and picture but no good response received of refund.
