Dear @HeroMotoCorp, this is one of the worst after-sales service experiences I've had. I got my Hero Xtreme 125R's paid service done after clearly explaining every issue—engine noise, hard gear shifting, handle noise on speed breakers, poor pickup and low mileage. (1/5)

@HeroMotoCorp Now I'm being asked to replace the clutch plate, cone set bearing and other parts at my own cost. If these parts were actually faulty, why weren't they identified during the paid service when I had already reported all these complaints? (4/5)
@HeroMotoCorp I contacted Hero Customer Care several times. Conference calls were arranged with the service centre manager, who promised to check with his team and call me back. I never received that callback. Instead, I was later told to pay again for more parts. (3/5)
@HeroMotoCorp Your authorised service centre replaced parts, performed wheel alignment and charged me ₹2,468, assuring me that all the issues would be fixed. Shockingly, the very next day, every single issue was still there. Nothing had actually been resolved. (2/5)
Repeated JioFiber cancellation requests in November and December were ignored, and bills were illegally generated. The device has been uninstalled and picked up, yet my account is still shown as suspended and I’m being pressured to recharge. @JioCare
After giving cashback/rewards and generating the statement (which I fully paid), you charged ₹521 next month claiming double benefit given by mistake.
