@Airtel_Presence Now after the payment, I've to finish the other pending payment for everyone, so around 3k, which is the fee generally in prepaid for a whole year, this is my fee for getting into family plan with airtel

@Airtel_Presence constantly gives fake commitments. They confirm all your concerns are addressed, then they ask you to pay multiple bills, and then they say sorry for the inconvenience, we can't fulfil your request
Once you get into a family plan, there's no way to get out
