We often speak about noticing how we feel after we spend time with someone. To see if we feel drained, tired, overwhelmed or uplifted & inspired. How often are you asking other people how they feel after they spend time with you? And are you open to that level of real intimacy?
It takes a lot of courage and heart to feel your true feelings without dressing them up to be something more acceptable. But you can never heal if you don’t get to the root.
@zeroproblemzz Pretty sure this means if you really like/genuinely care for someone, it’s better to not cross the lines to intimacy and stay friends with them because you’d rather have them around forever than have some dumbass relationships argument end that soul tie/connection.
I love that in healthy relationships no matter what challenges come up, you can talk about things openly, honestly and transparently. You can move through any resistance that arises and nothing ever has to become weird, chaotic or difficult.q
Imagine if more people had the self awareness to recognize when they are taking much more than they are giving back. And to actually do something about their behaviors.
No amount of technology based connection can compare to making eye contact, feeling someone’s energy, being able to respond in the moment to their subtle communication.
The training wheels are off. While we are accessing even more of our skills, abilities, gifts and our memories, we are seeing how much permission we really have to be in our power now. Regardless of whatever others are doing, choose to walk with integrity.
@TehutiKhem Let them believe what they need to.
Their words of discord are there to test your resolve.
If you act from alignment and you trust your intentions, you have nothing to fear.
So let them. Love them for it.
