Our statement about the recent vandalism of the JCC in Ann Arbor includes information uncovered by the ADL Center on Extremism and the potential ties the incident has to an online extremist community: https://t.co/hf2aIPfTQq
A Jewish woman in Germany was forced to remove her Star of David necklace at the courthouse door, at the trial of a man charged with banning Jews from his shop. The irony is not lost on us.
"I had to remove my entire Star of David necklace and hand it over. I wasn't even permitted to keep it under my shirt or in my pocket. I can't remember the last time I took it off — it's part of who I am." https://t.co/eAoaZ7yfUf
A young Jewish woman was hospitalized with a concussion after a reported vicious antisemitic attack on a crowded NYC subway. The attacker allegedly screamed the blood libel that “Jews eat children,” grabbed her by the throat, threw her to the ground, and ripped out her hair.
No one should have to fear for their safety because of their beliefs. We commend the @NYPDNews for making an arrest. The message must be clear: antisemitism will be met with consequences.

We are appalled at DVUSD Governing Board Member Kimberly Fisher's use of a Nazi salute while saying "Heil" twice at a recent school board meeting.
We unequivocally condemn this behavior that glorifies Nazis and Hitler.
Our community deserves and demands better.
People flock to Miami for sun and sea, not for hate. Two tourists from Germany have been arrested and charged for vandalizing a bench in Miami with a swastika and the words: “Adolf was here.” Using swastikas and invoking Hitler is categorically offensive, demeans the memory of six million Jews murdered in the Holocaust, and millions of others killed by the Nazis.

Here we go again. In London, a young man was kicked, punched and dragged in the street after he was heard speaking Hebrew. We commend local authorities for their prompt response, but response alone is not enough. We have to do more to stop these attacks before they happen in the first place. And let's be clear: we will never tolerate or shrug off this kind of hate. Not now. Not ever.

ADL appreciates @NYuniversity's swift condemnation and removal of the abhorrent flag bearing a swastika that was displayed during one of the university’s graduation events - a moment meant to celebrate students and families. The use of Nazi imagery at such a significant occasion makes this incident especially disturbing. We commend the university for acting quickly and consistently speaking clearly against antisemitism and hate.
We are grateful to our partners @NYPDnews and @QueensDAKatz for bringing hate crime charges against the perpetrator who allegedly assaulted and hurled antisemitic slurs at a visibly Jewish rabbi. No one should be targeted because of their religion or identity; there is #NoPlaceForHate in NYC.

On May 25, 2026, a man dressed in a Nazi uniform filmed himself stomping on an Israeli flag at Boston's South Station, one of the busiest transportation hubs in New England. This was a brazen act of public antisemitism, designed to intimidate Jewish community members and glorify one of history's most genocidal regimes. Boston deserves better.
Three Israelis were violently attacked in Nicosia, Cyprus, reportedly targeted for their visibly Jewish appearance. As authorities investigate what appears to be an antisemitic attack, this is part of a deeply alarming and escalating wave of violence against Jews across Europe. https://t.co/1K3e9KIAMP
A widely shared post alleges that an Israeli customer of @aloyoga received antisemitic notes in her shipment, including "Death to the IDF" and "Hamas will win." If accurate, this is antisemitic harassment of a consumer because of who she is. ADL affiliate @JLensNetwork, which engages public companies on antisemitism and hate, has contacted Alo's leadership directly.

We are disturbed to learn of this spree of antisemitic vandalism targeting the Queens Jewish community, which experienced a similar incident just last week. We have reached out to community partners to learn more and offer support. It is our understanding that @NYPDHateCrimes is investigating.
Last night, demonstrators yelled "rapist" and "pedophile" and waved the flag of Hezbollah at Jewish people trying to enter Park East Synagogue. We are grateful to @NYPDnews for securing safe access. But this is appalling. And it was no surprise.
Mayor Mamdani publicly chastised Park East in November. Refused to support the buffer zone bill to protect houses of worship. Declined to sign it. Vetoed the buffer zone bill to protect the entrance to schools. And yesterday — hours before demonstrators gathered — he further inflamed tensions on an already volatile situation.
The Mayor had a responsibility to de-escalate. He did the opposite.
Jewish New Yorkers need protection. Governor Hochul and the State Legislature must come to a swift agreement on the buffer zone bill for houses of worship in the New York state budget — now.
Extreme rhetoric that calls for the elimination of Jews, demonizes Jews and promotes terrorism should have no place in New York. This type of activity contributes to the unacceptable level of antisemitism that we are now experiencing. Learn more in ADL's 2025 Audit of Antisemitic Incidents, out today: https://t.co/xpn6B9VyLz
We are outraged by this reported swastika spree in Queens, and have been in touch with @SpeakerMenin's office and @ShomrimofQueens. This is yet another deeply disturbing example of antisemitic vandalism targeting Jewish communities in the places where people should feel safest - not just their houses of worship, and schools, but also their private homes. We understand and are grateful that @NYPDHateCrimes is investigating.
ADL Michigan’s Regional Director Elyssa Schmier recently issued a statement and spoke to CBS Detroit about the recent incident at a local elementary school. https://t.co/XmuKA1L60F
We strongly condemn the two Molotov cocktail attacks targeting the Jewish community in La Plata, Argentina: one against the Max Nordau Jewish Literary Center & Library and a second against the Chabad Lubavitch center.
These are acts of violent antisemitism that cannot go unanswered. We call on Argentine authorities to launch a full investigation, identify the perpetrators and bring them to justice. We stand in solidarity with the Jewish community of La Plata and our partners at @DAIAArgentina.
