@levelsio@mezdawg Thinking all Robusta is bad news is 100% bad news. I recommend making your own cups for at least a year, then proceed to do some light roasting at home to find what you like, not what you’ve been told you’re supposed to be liking in a certain “wave” of coffee. 🇮🇹 in 🇬🇧&🇯🇵
@aarongillett@namyakhann@desandro Depends on whether you want to fit in or just be knowledgeable/cultured so you can build on the shoulders of giants and not live your life discovering hot water everyday.
@aarongillett@namyakhann Knowing the original name of “Masonry” is apparently too much for people who just about woke up. Missing @desandro and his formidable input in modern web design aesthetics…
@antimoFM@fantazyzy@womp3D SDF-based editors are currently too limited, all the editors employ the same basic primitives you can't edit. Clavicula offers a way out with sculpting, if you're willing to lose the non destructive nature of SDF.
@MaxRovensky@nickfloats@LumaLabsAI *[...] and then I added rigged animated 3D elements and relit the scene to integrate everything together seamlessly because the thing reacts very similarly to the rest of my PBR stuff in UE, then brought everything in Fortnite, then [...] - or it's a video, have fun rotoscoping.
@filedescriptors the thing is, the phong break selection in C4D is just short of amazing. I work often on unremeshed CAD data with no time to remesh and it's a lifesaver. With select linked flat faces it takes me twice as much time to do the same selections with lots of issues.
@fantazyzy actually - never mind, I kinda figured it out, but it's super unstable with Blender quitting at any small change and I can't get it to be as smooth as yours -
