Hey @dominos_india @dominos, I'm extremely disappointed. Received a half-baked pizza which could’ve caused serious health issues. No proper support channel or refund process available. This is unacceptable. Attaching pics so others can be cautious. Never ordering again.

Absolutely pathetic service by @IRCTCofficial. Tickets allotted in two different coaches (S4 & S6) to my elderly parents, and a pantry car completely blocks movement between coaches. Staff refuses to allow crossing. Is this sheer incompetence or total insensitivity?
