@nichepursuits@lilyraynyc it lines up with the specific recommendation against 'search-engine first' content that Google warned about in https://t.co/2Q0eVpFYMX
looks like those niche site strats of exporting long-tail keyword lists from SEMRush/Ahrefs and pumping out content is dead
@DentistryUnder1@MattGiovanisci i expect another 'Health' update (deranking of pseudo-health sites) pretty soon. searched a medical-adjacent query recently and the featured snippet was from a site that didn't even make sense and was spun up <12mo ago. not ideal if Google wants to give people real answers
The Google September 2022 core update is rolling out now and so far it seems to be fast, widespread and large update - here is everything we see so far, less than 24-hours after it started to roll out https://t.co/fdzxvuloNV
@mamanmoney seem pretty consistent with your videos every week.. is YT the focus more than your main site right now? curious from academic standpoint, run + work with a few similar properties
@kirbiecravings saw the vid in the article.. have you brought them all over from YT and hosted on your site? few other publishers reporting good results by doing that
@sonny8s@PassiveSphere affiliate stuff = ongoing work (updating products, new reviews, making sure your affiliates don't change their terms.. 👀 at u Amazon). good evergreen content is good forever
