The Zulu monarchy has called out charlatans who run around clad in traditional Zulu attire, harassing, intimidating, and inciting violence against foreign nationals.

Zanu PF Director of Information Farai Marapira has dismissed attempts by retired Air Marshal Henry Muchena and other former senior officials to position themselves as the voice of war veterans in the raging Constitutional Amendment No.3 debate, insisting the ruling party only recognises “properly constituted bodies” mandated to speak on behalf of liberation war fighters.
Marapira drew a sharp distinction between liberation war seniority and positions attained after Independence, arguing that military, civil service or political rank accumulated after 1980 does not translate into authority over war veterans inside Zanu PF or the liberation movement’s historical structures. “The seniority of war veterans is based on the pre-1980 liberation struggle,” he said, warning against what he described as the abuse of liberation history to manufacture representational authority.
While defending the constitutional right of individuals to express dissenting views, Marapira said Muchena and his group were speaking strictly in their personal capacities and not for the broader war veterans constituency. He maintained that Zanu PF’s officially recognised war veterans structures remain fully aligned behind Vision 2030, adding that no individual can “assume representational authority willy-nilly” over the liberation struggle and the sacrifices made during the war.

We will not be neutral in the face of rubbish.
They sing Shangaan suka endleleni, they call African people rats who breed uncontrollably, they threaten African people and incite violence and death.
This is divisive nonsense which almost sank our democracy in the 90’s, the intent is to splinter South Africa into isolated Bantustans.
First isolate us from Africa, then divide us amongst ourselves.
Our democracy is too important to succumb to clowns.
