STOP turning Game Mode on

here how to disable it:
→ Settings → Gaming → Game Mode
→ toggle it Off

STOP keeping this setting enabled that adds acceleration to your mouse, breaking 1:1 movement
→ Control Panel → Mouse → Pointer Options
→ uncheck "Enhance pointer precision"
→ hit Apply, done
10 seconds, most people never even open this menu

STOP letting random apps launch every time you boot

every startup app is delaying your desktop and eating RAM before you've even opened anything

→ Settings → Apps → Startup, kill anything you dont need
→ Anything unmeasured or high-impact you don't actually use, turn it off
