→ toggle it Off

STOP keeping this setting enabled that adds acceleration to your mouse, breaking 1:1 movement
→ Control Panel → Mouse → Pointer Options
→ uncheck "Enhance pointer precision"
→ hit Apply, done

HAGS hands frame scheduling to your GPU instead of the CPU

→ Settings → System → Display → Graphics → Default graphics settings
→ turn on "HAGS"
→ while you're there, turn on "Optimizations for windowed games" too
→ restart, done

STOP letting random apps launch every time you boot

every startup app is delaying your desktop and eating RAM before you've even opened anything

→ Settings → Apps → Startup, kill anything you dont need
→ Anything unmeasured or high-impact you don't actually use, turn it off
