Being an Old Fashioned Doctor perhaps is a great advice to an Early Career Physician, like me. One who orders tests to not generate, rather substantiate a clinical impression. Interesting read! https://t.co/BRGTPtPvYG
Privileged to attend the keynote address by the legend himself, @drmohanv, He shares a picture of him as a medical resident drafting a paper on his clinical observations on atypical presentations of Diabetes, and today he shares stories of saving children from years of Insulin.
My analogy of Clinical medicine with Archery, IM reflects our complex problem solving and decision making skills. #IMproud#InternalMedicine @ACPIMPhysicians https://t.co/EGY7WFulWE
Fun fact: When you buy a ₹10 Lakh Car in India, you pay ₹2,80,000 as GST(28%) and ₹70,000 as Registration fees (Road Tax) to the government.
Still, @nitin_gadkari calls you a phokatiya when you ask for toll-free roads!
@kapsology@nitin_gadkari Actual "phokatiya" is leaders and bureaucrats who are mostly average and below average students of the class. Indian tax payers are slave of an extortionist government. Modi government has a habit of sucking tax money and wasting that on useless stuffs.

Sincerely request you to fix my laptop, service Centre HPCare Hubli, Karnataka is clueless, displacing burden on some higher Centre. I proceeded with purchasing a HP product trusting quality and service, but very disappointed. #CustomerExperience#laptops
@HPIndia@HP@HPSupport
In 10 months use, the hinge of my laptop gave away, and honestly I am careful with my stuff. I expected way better build quality from HP, switched from being a happy MacBook user for a change, and regretting my decision so far.
@HPIndia@HPSupport@HP
Also, supposing the issue was genuinely during to improper usage, the customer care and service is disappointing. I had no response for the first 2 weeks, realized the case was closed without resolving!!

Disappointed with HP service, want to get my laptop fixed, service Centre is displacing responsibility at a higher centre, Support team is providing mere “assurance” that solution is in process, but it’s been 4 weeks, my laptop isnt in working condition

I have been trying to get the hinges of my laptop fixed, please help. After 2 weeks I find out the initial case ID was closed and a new one was generated. It’s been over 2 weeks and the issue remains unresolved. Tracking status has been cumbersome😕
@HPIndia@HPSupport
Registered a case 5117365532 for repair of hinge and back cover at HPCare Hubli, Karnataka on 4th January.
Unable to track any progress or resolution, disappointed with the service, end up paying so many additional charges for safety/warranty, useless!
@HPIndia
My HP pavilion laptop requires replacement of the hinge and back cover, I visited HP Care Hubli, Karnataka where they registered a case on 4th January; (ID-5117365532)
No updates, HPcare is also clueless.
