@BMWUSgovaffairs @BMWUSAnews @EPAMichaelRegan Spontaneous fire in bmw 540 Xi after been in parking lot for 35 minutes. Apparently this has been reported before. After total loss bmw engineer didn’t report any manufacturing issue however the cause of spontaneous fire unknown.

@mandeep_mayo We are dealing with distal embolizarion. I think I will do low pressure balloon inflation in distal rca to get restore flow and use IC aggrastat , try pronto LP for aspiration if balloon fails to work and can use it for distal drug delivery if no change.

@mandeep_mayo What’s the EKG showing? If symp then treat, fielder FC if it finds ifalse lumen leave it there, use another wire in parallel wire technique to get into true lumen, iVUS confirmation must, Alternative cto technique sting ray system can be used for reentry.

@mandeep_mayo Guideliner definitely across the proximal bend of rca using anchor technique followed by orbital atherectomy and should be easy to cross with Viprer wire and a DES.
