It’s clearly time to allow patients access to TAVI in large non surgical centres with a complex pci service, excellent radiology & vascular surgery? If they are allied with a local established TAVI centre who can proctor & share mdt… what is the barrier?

@Shehab_ElEtriby Sorry for this loss! Likely dry tamponade from a perforation in the intramyocardial segment of LAD. Gaia next 3 is the likely culprit.. interesting to see what final verdict is
