Please enforce & organise this center, its in a shameful state.

Promise of free foodgrain is given but reality and hardships faced by poor people is not seen.
1. Foodgrains arrive very late.
2. Most of the time internet issues are faced and hence people standing in queues for long have to return home empty handed
