@Mike_kim714 Do you set your schedule at the start of the season and stick to it or do you add and/or pull out of events depending on your form? Also do you work ‘up’ to certain events (Majors etc) so you peak when you need to?
@monzo got 3 notifications that I’d been paid money from a reusable payment link but when I look into my account I see no records of the transactions….

After turning 40 back in September, I decided to ask my doctor for the free NHS health check. Anyone 40+ is entitled to this.
My blood results came back and suggested I have Familial Hypercholesterolaemia. A genetic condition that causes extremely high cholesterol levels. There are no symptoms for this. The risk of heart disease, stroke and heart attack is extremely high with this.
For me, statins have been prescribed for my 8.6 cholesterol level due to my Familial Hypercholesterolaemia diagnosis.

I’m the last person to normally preach about health, but if you’re 40 or over and have never been for your FREE NHS health check, I encourage you to do so! You never know, it may help save your life.
Sorry for being so serious! Usual Freddie photos, records and days out with my family posts, will resume shortly….! I promise.
