@EmmJackman just watched your octopus bill video... at about 8:30 you talk about 7kW charger and remark about only seeing 3.5 on your bill. The reporting is in half hrs... so 7/2 is 3.5... kWh = KiloWatt Hours so that looks like full speed...

@hostinguknet @scottjack79 @monowebdesign @JeremyIClarke It has happened twice. Time to move. Web hosting is one thing, loss of DNS is the worst. We have customers with no email service as their DNS is on your servers.

@JeremyIClarke @hostinguknet It means its no good. Quite why the DNS at least isn't geographically redundant, I have no idea. This is truly awful. We have dozens of customers wiped from the Internet as there is no DNS.
