A lot of people take the noble path of going to the gym.
But others are intimidated because of a body that hasn't been used in years.
Start with what you have now, which is your body.
If you can master yourself, you can master anything else.
Strength train 3+ days per week.
Get 10k steps per day.
Sit in the squat.
Hang from a bar.
Read 10 pages.
Rest on the ground.
Sounds like a lot of work,
But it's better than scrolling all night.
