@VirginAustralia - I was downgraded on an @etihad flight booked with Velocity points. I called your contact centre & was told to contact Etihad directly. I just spoke to an Etihad rep who said that Virgin AU must process the refund. This is a waste of my time. Please help!
Hi @Qantas, I’ve tried to call several times and after hours being on hold my call fails. I just want to change a flight but it won’t allow me to do so online (it says to call Qantas!). I’ve also messaged on Facebook many times with no reply. I’d be grateful if someone could help
@IllaShoalHealth @letstweetAkshay Thanks for reaching out. As mentioned, I was tested by Histopath - I have reached out (phone calls are automatically terminated and no email reply). It’s now 118 hours without a result. I’ll keep trying to get a response.
@GJDingley@BJdaPJ@chrissmithonair@Dom_Perrottet I believe that @Histopath_au is only a 90 min turnaround if you get tested at the airport site. All other community sites are $79 for same day. Fingers crossed your results come in time. I’m up to 57 hours (luckily I’m not travelling).
@ANZ_AU Yes, I was able to see it a couple of days ago, now I can't see any transactions via the ANZ App and only settled transactions via full ANZ Internet banking (pending / outstanding authorisations not shown)
@ANZ_AU In the app when I click the transactions tab it is currently saying "Could not load transactions". Is there an issue with the app which is preventing this from being shown?
@ANZ_AU It's an ANZ Rewards Travel Adventure card. When I log in via a Web browser I also cannot see any recent transactions (including in the outstanding authorisations). I have tried turning it off and on
