Rather in some cases there were countries that had an economic advantage in the COMECON such as Georgia since it had a monopoly in fruit production as well as other areas of agriculture

@rojoChilean @Arbeit_Fish Sidenote: in the case of the USA I would recomend getting a GF/BF who is not socialist and turn them socialist. Its the easiest way to turn someone socialist and it increases the small numbers of socialists in the USA
