Trump's temporarily appointed top federal prosecutor in DC, Ed Martin, who fired prosecutors who worked on Jan. 6 cases, will now be forced to leave on May 20th.

GOP Senator Thom Tillis said he has notified Trump that he'll oppose Martin in the Senate, putting his nomination in jeopardy.

Tillis is on the Judiciary Committee, which has 12 GOP members and 10 Democrats.
