Back In The U.S.S.R.
"Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da", The Beatles, 1968.
HOLY SHIT--- The people at StubHub are absolute CROOKS. Please read if you are ever considering buying or selling there.
In May, I sold a Liberty vs Aces game for August. STUBHUB incorrectly labeled my seat as "front row" on THEIR end, so they canceled my sale AND charged me a $760 penalty despite it being their error. Their Manager acknowledged it was their fault and that my penalty would be reversed immediately.
3 months went by with no resolution. Then today, they tell me my penalty will stand, because I missed the delivery deadline of August 9, even though:
-They already canceled the sale! And,
-IT'S ONLY JULY 3!!!!!!!!!!!!
If they don't make this right I will be moving all of my business to @TickPick and encourage all 69K of you to do the same

I am having a drink this evening with a friend in a Chiswick pub. Two policemen have just come into the pub and asked me to step outside. I have stepped outside and they have threatened me because I tweeted about a councillor banning seating outside pubs in Chiswick. They admit on video (watch it!) that I did not break the law at all. They came to threaten me. To warn me off tweeting about councillors and the council. This is modern Britain. This is the police state. Please, please, please watch this video. It does involve me using very bad language, but this has got to be seen. Police coming out to threaten someone who hasn’t committed a crime. I’m fuming.
If you’re flying to Europe, avoid @Iberia. Worst customer service in history of customer service...and that’s saying a lot when you fly AA.
Canceled my flight from Madrid to JFK. Lost my bag for 5 days. Broke it. Won’t reimburse clothing despite receipts. 0/10 do not recommend.
NEVER Ever fly Alaska Airlines @AlaskaAir. You need to do better. Just awful. Cancelled flight after five delays and you have one customer service rep helping everyone. Line is taking hours. People have missed alternatives waiting in the line.
I will NEVER again fly American Airlines.
I’ve said it before, but I caved.
They have cancelled flights, delayed flights, etc, both ways.
Worst customer service.
They are horrible.
Disappointed that after paying ~$2,500 in upgrades for Flagship Business on AA728, receiving the same generic response twice, and trying multiple channels, I still haven’t been able to get my case meaningfully reviewed. Hoping someone at @AmericanAir can help.
. @AmericanAir you really ought to be ashamed reclassifying a flight cancelation as weather when staff said it was bcuz you couldn't get a crew. Then denying my aged parent's claim for refund. Happens frequently, too. Do better! @USDOT 1/2
Aloha @AlaskaAir@HawaiianAir - just boarded my flight from LIH to HNL and an army of deadhead non-rev employees took all the overhead bin space from paying customers - including those in first class. How is this acceptable?
