...and then Chancellor talked abt alternative system, where CEC members -- ie: parents/guardians & local communities -- have more decision-making power, painting that as an inevitable nightmare, insulting volunteer parents/guardians who serve on CECs. Downright offensive.

Just spoke with NYCEM and have confirmed the city is now moving the migrants out of PS 188 in Coney Island. Plan is to no longer use this site for temporary shelter. Will share more verified info as I receive. Our schools should not be used for this purpose.
