Six years ago, I squatted 600 pounds, deadlifted 600 lbs, and ran a sub-6 mile in the same day.
I don't train like that anymore.
I've got one son who's almost 3 and another on the way, and I'd rather be around and feel good at 80 than chase a PR at 33.
So the goal changed.
I'm already in good shape. Now I want to see how far I can actually push it.
I'm going from ~176 to whatever weight I end up at when I'm actually shredded, then reverse dieting back up.
Simple plan of lifting 4 times a week, walking a stupid amount at my treadmill desk, and finally getting serious about longevity (bloodwork, screenings, all of it).
Planning on sharing everything. That includes exactly what I take (hormones, peptides, all of it).
Quick background on me.
Last year, I ran marketing for a 9-figure company spending $3 million a month on ads. Then I walked away from the salary to build my own thing.
I spent years chasing more money and more status, and built a bit too hectic of a life.
So now I'm chasing one thing instead… getting closer.
Closer to the father and husband I want to be, closer to the business owner I want to be, and closer to the body I want.
Follow along if that sounds like your kind of thing.
