@crystalski Why were BA and other airlines not affected and why was your contingency plan to put us up in a Red Cross Centre when so many local hotel spaces were available. When you screw up, your priority should be your customers and not managing your costs.
£20k on a holiday with Crystal and flight cancelled and put up in a Red Cross centre with camp beds for kids and floor for adults. It’s not about making mistakes but how you respond when things go wrong- minimising costs supersedes customer experience for Crystal
