@Delta there are 100s of us stuck at JFK for >12 hours waiting for our baggage. Morning shift staff have been particularly rude.

@heman1509 Great observation. I might add that curiosity precedes courage to the point where confidence is a healthy by product. Gathering courage is not often easy but if you follow your curiosity, it can take you to places without thinking about the consequences.
