Replace the fat version of you, with the version of you that works to be healthy and fit.

Life is literally a mind game, one of which we put ourselves in. We CAN choose what kind of life we want to live but you have to accept responsibility for the decisions and mistakes you have been making in order to find what decisions you want to make from now on.

In 1519, Hernán Cortés gave the order to his crew “ Burn the boats “ upon landing on the shores of the New World, now known as Mexico.. In doing so, he eliminated any chances of turning back and accepting defeat.

The lesson here is to accept that our “ Plan A “ will never succeed if you give yourself the option of having a “ Plan B “ enabling you to turn back to if things don’t go as planned.

I’m not saying not to be prepared to fail. You WILL fail. However, I am saying to be prepared to not give up or turn back around when things get tough.

The US construction industry can increase available housing by 1% to 2% per year.

But the US population is only 330M out of 8B.

So if just ~4% of Earth moves here, housing would need to double, which is impossible, causing a massive homeless problem and house prices to be astronomically unaffordable.
