@cbic_india with regard to the penalty under sec.73 of GST Act on what amount the Penalty of 10% is to be calculated. Is it on the entire amount of Tax in the Show Cause Notice or on the actual amount due on the date of Show Cause Notice.? Please carify.
@Sangeeta_cbe Hats Off to M K Stalin who is the root cause for TVK Vijay's swearing as CM. At the same time at present DMK Lost two Legends in the legislature 1. MK Stalin and 2. PTR (Pazhanivel Thiagarajan) PTR is a Nightmare of BJP.
@Priyaa_Purohit I will be very happy if all the parties leave him alone. But they will not. DMK shows it's MAXIMUM potential when it is alone. I can see some happiness in stalin's face when congress left the alliance and joined TVK.
@DrTamilisai4BJP incase of Hung Assembly the first single largest party should be called upon and sworn as CM irrespective of Majority. Thereafter that Single Largest party should prove its majority in the assembly house.
@_vatsalasingh Not a good leader. If it is BJP they will allow yedurappa to be sworn as CM. If it is opposition they will not allow vijay to be sworn as CM. Annamalai needs self evaluation. There should not be any partiality. A good leader gives equal opportunity. Now tell me is he a leader...?
@Krishna73674119 On the basis of Equality of opportunity, if yedurappa is given the opportunity then the same opportunity must be given to vijay even though he has no majority. He has to prove the majority only in the house
@Krishna73674119 Madame sonnadhu correct. But in case of hung assembly it is the discretionary power of the Gov'ner and the Governer can use such power to appoint a person and be sworn as CM even if there is no majority. Yedyurappa was sworn as cm in 2018 & 2019 twice without majority.
