@Lufthansa_India @Lufthansa_India Hello, I travelled from DEL to YVR on 5 Apr, purchased excess bag at DEL, was supposed to get an email receipt, which I didn't. After communicating with your support for a week, still don't have it. Tired and fed up of the service, please help.

@PranilKandalkar I had my bio on 12th April. I last checked with ukvi on 8th June, decision was still pending then. So not sure when the decision was made by them.
