Whilst ramping decreased last month this still saw nearly 3,000 hrs lost. This is the RAH today (12/11). There must be further improvements to flow, mental health and off-load procedures on top of additional beds to ensure ambulances are free to respond to the community.
Last night SAAS declared OPSTAT White with up to 54 ambulances ramped across Adelaide, 17 ramped at FMC alone, some for over 7 hours.
Despite this risk to our community, SA Health is set to end the Statewide Code Yellow tomorrow, despite our calls for it to continue.

This is the fifth new or rebuilt ambulance station to open since we came into Government in 2022.
This new Norwood ambulance station addresses a critical coverage gap in the city fringe suburbs - which were diverting crews away from their local areas.
Today Norwood Station was officially opened by Premier Malinauskas & Minister Picton 🚑.
Norwood’s 24/7 crews will finally fill the massive ambulance blackspot in the eastern suburbs.
