@mcuban Contracts are for a small percentage of Medicare, in some cases less than cost of performing the testing. They make it almost impossible to get paid for services rendered.

@mcuban Mark, I own and operate a clinical laboratory in KY and Indiana with a primary focus in serving Long-term care nursing communities. I agree with your concept of providers charging Medicare rates. The problem is with the non Medicare 3rd party payors.
