@NokeJian@RigvedP1@rishabhm This is not how it works. There were Indians in the Army but the army was called as British Army. Same like every other Army since ancestral time.
@AndColorPockeT I read it somewhere long back that the people in the holy month of Shravan or major festivals like Navaratri focused more on worship of god/goddess, some do Tapascharya for all days. That's why they could not look after many things.
I may be wrong but I read something like this.
@SamantrayMK @MeghUpdates Upto 4 L - no tax
4 L - 8 L (4 L total) - 5% tax = 20K
8L- 12L (4 L total) - 10% tax = 40K
Total tax payable is 60K till 12 L income. Earlier tax rebate was 25K(on 7 L), which was waived off. Now the new tax rebate is 60K, which will be waived off. Ultimately no tax to be paid.
@praneshjoshi3@Starboy2079 If this goes on for few years, the festival/rituals will shift early and at some point of time, the Diwali from Winter will come in Monsoon, later in summer. To manage all these things in their respective times, the Adhik Maas is added to compensate the shortfall of days.
@praneshjoshi3@Starboy2079 Please do not consider both calendars synced with each other. First you need to know that the lunar calendar month starts on Pratipada (a day after amavasya / purnima). As the lunar calendar month lasts for ~ 29 days, the same tithi in next lunar year will come early by few days.
