@VerizonSupport my service has been suspended because of two unpaid charges on my bill that were supposed to drop off. I was speaking to a CS rep, and they dropped the call on me. How am I supposed to get back in touch with them when my service is suspended?!
@elfcosmetics I love your halo glow contour, and I have had zero issues with it. What is up with the blush tubes though?! This is my second one and both have essentially exploded within a short period of time after purchasing. Such a waste of money!!
@LGUS my LG refrigerator has been broken for 2+ months - it still under warranty and only 3 years old. I have spoken with COUNTLESS customer service reps in the last 2 months, and not a SINGLE rep has been able to help me with the issue. This is unacceptable! #badcustomerservice

@VerizonSupport Found out after two hours on the phone, it is a “back end issue.” A ticket was submitted on the 19th, and apparently the back end team just ignored it all week. Supposedly I’ll be getting a call back on Monday. We shall see. If not, I’ll be back on Twitter...

@VerizonSupport Well, customer service said it was an unknown back end issue. Then they said it was a finance restriction. Finance said no restrictions and my account is in good standing, so it must be a repair issue🤔 Repair said an issue with my billing, which makes no sense at all...
