Not trying to be that guy, but every match tonight except one genuinely feels like SBMM
Opening night, a Friday, everyone is around 55 to 2nd prestige. You'd think there would be a ton of people level 30 and under, but I'm not seeing them
Matches feel a lot like BO6, and the weirdest part is its considerably sweatier than yesterday. I tested the "Standard" matchmaking yesterday, every match today is just like that
Idk what to make of it yet, might just be placebo
Battlefield 6 matchmaking actually makes multiplayer gaming fun again. It's TEAM BALANCING, not EOMM/SBMM hell like Call of Duty.
Some lobbies have a ton of sweats on each team and the match is a chaos.
Other games have only a couple sweaty squads and YOU'RE the chaos bringer.
I love Call of Duty, but in multiplayer? I can only make it a few matches before SBMM/EOMM kicks in hard and EVERY SINGLE LOBBY is hell without reprieve.
I'm forced to use the meta and sweat my ass off. I used to love grinding COD multiplayer, but now I hardly touch it.
In Battlefield 6? I feel like I can do more goofy strats, use different guns, and feel rewarded for skill improvement, not punished.
Some games I have to "lock in" to turn the tides of a higher skilled match, but the lobbies actually feel random.
Random is fun. I love stomping one match and getting completely outclassed the next.
I hope Battlefield 6 keeps this approach.
I hope Black Ops 7 changes things up.
I love both franchises, but Team Balancing > SBMM/EOMM every single day of the week and twice on Sunday.
They got rid of Solos in Warzone and decided to start adding Visual Recoil back to guns to nerf them 😂😂😂
“View Kick” is the new buzzword.
Are you guys fucking alright over there? @RavenSoftware@CallofDuty
