Security: mandatory HTTPS with HSTS, regular VAPT audits, multi factor authentication for admin logins, full DPDP Act 2023 compliance, and an official responsible disclosure channel for security researchers.

UI and UX: a single mobile first design system used across all departments, complete Tamil language and accessibility (WCAG) support, fast load times, and clear navigation.

Clean governance combined with modern web standards can make Tamil Nadu the role model for all of India.
