My high school coach gave me a simple goal- 100 swings per day. Tee, toss, BP whatever. Just get in 100+ swings.

It sounds simple (It is) and It WORKS!

If you’re deliberate with practice, mix in some higher intensity training (ex live at bats) you WILL get better.
