See you next mission

@mattyglesias I was watching the Duke basketball game last night, and the broadcast through the ESPN app ran the “Make Stuff Cost Less” ad multiple times.

@brt2412 @3YearLetterman Duty calls

@benwikler “in Barrens chat in World of Warcraft…”. Phew. That was a throwback. Love it. Cheers.

@weeklyshowpod @SenSanders If we want to make government better, we need to elect dems in margins great enough to make major change. I hope you start looking more at the bigger problem of repubs not wanting government to work instead of blaming dems for faltering under small margin coalitions. Cheers.

[A Ely @aely8]

@weeklyshowpod @SenSanders I hope this is taken as a good faith critique. I’ve been frustrated with your last few episodes. You address good points about how government is falling short. But your answer nearly every time is blame democrats. Many democrats are trying. Nearly no republicans are.

@jonlovett sorry just catching up on the Friday live show. Did you say Gundam?

[A Ely @aely8]

Still a fan of the podcast. Just a piece of constructive criticism. Cheers.

[A Ely @aely8]

@FiveThirtyEight Team, I am a big fan of the podcast. But I have been pretty disappointed in your lack of critical analysis of the RNC. You focus on their attempt at a moderate message while mentioning very little that they have no almost policies for that approach…

[A Ely @aely8]

@CCT1993 @wyrmforge Other M is a great pick. It is very close to being something truly unique from a gameplay perspective. Nintendo needed to let Team Ninja cook a little bit more. We will not talk about the story perspective. That is for another day.

#TheDiveLoL Question: Casual LoL fan. Would love to hear you all deep dive on scrims. Seems like an odd practice structure as very few other sports have teams practice against each other in season. And you all frequently talk about people running it down. Are they worth it?

[A Ely @aely8]

@paulscheer I remember on some HDTGM Last Looks you and Jason have discussed travel luggage recommendations. Do you have these recommendations listed anywhere? Or do you remember which episode that was? Thanks for all you do. Cheers.

“It was said of Ebenezer Scrooge that he knew how to keep Christmas well, if any man alive possessed the knowledge. May that be truly said of us and all of us.”

BUoP?
UoP?

[A Ely @aely8]

@andygreenwald I am behind on the podcast and I think you just mentioned that you don’t check your account very often but your comment in the mailbag inspired me to try here. You mentioned you just got Crunchyroll. Recommending Restaurant to Another World. Great images of food.

[A Ely @aely8]

@AlyssaMastro44 loved the quick Voltron reference on the latest pod. Cheers.

[A Ely @aely8]

@KSoltisAnderson Loved your WoW analogy on the 538 podcast. Cheers.

[A Ely @aely8]

@akdobbins I am very behind on The Big Pic but I wanted to show this very late support for Team Raphael from TMNT. “Cool but rude.” Cheers.

[A Ely @aely8]

@TVietor08 “Tar Heel blue is objectively better.” Ouch. Hah. Love the show.

[A Ely @aely8]

@Polygon I haven’t really followed the discourse of the #BotW story. Is it a hot take to say that the story is unforgivingly punishing towards Princess Zelda? I enjoyed the game while playing. But felt underwhelmed after finishing and the story was a primary reason.

[A Ely @aely8]

@kirkhamilton Catching up with last week’s episode. Congrats on the very happy news. Wishing you the best. Cheers.
