@UPSHelp I was supposed to receive a important package 14/5/2020. As of Friday, it’s still “in transit” in Concord, ON. I spoke with a CSR on Friday who said it was in the system to arrive that day. So far, no package. Wondering who’s wrong - your CSR or your website?
