@GiantFood kept trying to schedule covid vaccine appointments for my parents and the site kept freezing/crashing. Such a frustrating experience. Is there a way to schedule via phone instead?

@GiantFood the elderly (for whom these appointments are supposed to be for) are usually not the most tech savvy nor do they often have access to computers...not offering the ability to schedule by phone precludes the very people you’re trying to target for the vaccine.
