@HastingsDirect I did state otherwise. It was NOT supposed to autorenew. Also, if I can't cancel in-app or online then you should have 24/7 call handling. It's great saying call to cancel. I tried. You weren't open.

@HastingsDirect how come it's ok for you to keep £670 of my money for 3-5 working days because you chose to renew an insurance policy that was not set to autorenew, using a card that was only ever used as payment for a temporary change to my policy? 😡

@WeFibreUK I've already been in contact. According to Nathan my speeds are "far greater than what was previously available even if it is a way off from the 1000Mbps speeds" and that's apparently good enough.
