The problem is the HYPER inflated housing market.

And there is LITTLE incentive to fix it. No one wants property values to go down.

This is a very difficult problem.

I did not identify I was who I claimed I was when I voted however. And there was absolutely nothing tying me to my ballot when it came time TO vote.

Literally all I needed to know was the name of someone in my ward.
