כדי להבין מהו agentic commerce צריך להבין מה הוא לא. הוא לא תפס, עדיין. עד לא מזמן התלוצצנו שיש יותר אנשים שמדברים agentic commerce מאנשים שקונים איתו בפועל. אבל מאז ChatGPT Agent, פרפלקסיטי ו-Comet נראה שמשהו מתחיל להתעורר. אני מאמין שזה יהיה gradually, then suddenly, שחסר קטליסט אחד להצית את הכל, למשל:

1. אפל הופכת לסייען וכל בעלי האתרים מתחילים להציע MCP
2. צ׳אטGPT מתחיל לתמוך נייטיב ב-MCP וכולם מעדכנים את ה-API שלהם
3. ש-OpenAI מוציאה דפדפן שכולל יכולות Agent מובנות

לא רק קטליסט חסר, גם פסיכולוגיה: אנשים רוצים למשש מוצרים ולממש נקודות. הם רוצים להסס, לוו��א, להתחרט. ההבטחה של סוכן שעושה לך הכל מפחידה אותם.

ב-@ForterGlobal בילינו חודשים עם כל הכלים שיש לעולמות ה-AI להציע. כל דפדפן LLM, כל תוסף AI, כל צ׳אטבוט.. וכמובן שבועות ארוכים עם רבים מהאתרים הגדולים בעולם. הורדנו, התקנו, קנינו, ניסינו להחזיר, ובעיקר הסתכלנו איך העסקאות האלו מגיעות לאתרים ואיך הן מגיעות לפורטר.

הבנו שלא רק קטליסט או פסיכולוגיה, חסר גם דאטה. אתרים השקיעו הון בהתקנה של שלל מערכות a/b, פרסנולוזיציה ואנליטיקס, רק כדי לגלות שהגולשים החדשים מגיעים בלי IP, בלי שם, בלי לוגין, לפעמים בלי כרטיס אשראי משלהם. הרבה מהסממנים שעוזרים לסכל עסקה גרועה לא מגיעים, וכשאין סימנים, ה-default של סוחרים הוא פשוט לסגור את התריס.

אז אחרי שהקשבנו גם להרבה מאוד סוכנים, מפתחים ונהגי traffic של העולם החדש, Forter משחררת היום פרוטוקול חדש, דו-כיווני, קל ליישום וגמיש מאוד שמצמצם משמעותית אי-וודאות ומאפשר לסוכנים, סוחרים וגם שירותים תומכים (מ-fraud ו-payment ועד ל-chargeback recovery) לשתף דאטה חסר.

יש גיטהאב עם SDK ודוגמאות, אבל למי שפחות טכני:

אנחנו מראים לכל משתתף איך להפיק בעצמו מפתחות הצפנה ואיך להעביר דאטה רב על הסשן (כמו איפה התקיים), ה-intent (״מצא לי זוג נעליים״), ה-consent (״תקנה לי nike air jordan במידה 45 עד $500), ה-user (כמו האימייל שלו, מתי ואיך בוצע מולו וידוא), העדפות (משלוח, צורות תשלום) ומידע שקיים רק אצל הסוכן (כמו כתובת IP ומידע על המכשיר המקורי). הדאטה הזה מועבר מוצפן לפי מפתחות ציבוריים של הנמענים (ויכולים להיות כמה, כל אח�� מקבל דאטה שונה), והנמענים יכולים לעשות בו שימוש כדי לשפר ממש את חווית הקניה, לאשר כניסה ותשלום ללא סיסמא נוספת וגם לערוך risk assessment כאילו המשתמש היה גולש ישירות.

הפרוטוקול כללי מספיק כדי לעבוד ישירות בדפדפנים, ב-API ו-MCP והוא גם מאפשר לסוכן לקבל עדכונים מהסוחר לגבי סטטוס הזמנה או משלוח, אותם הוא ישרשר למשתמש.

העולם הזה מרתק עם המון שחקנים, הרבה מיליארדים, אבל גם המון אפשרויות ל-fraud. הוא גם סובל מבעיית צ׳יקן גדולה - סוחרים לא ישקיעו בהטמעה אם לא יראו מספיק נפח agentic, ולא יהיה מספיק נפח agentic אם סוחרים לא ישתפו פעולה.

עם הפרוטוקול הזה, שמשוחרר מבוזר לגמרי ובקוד-פתוח לחלוטין, אנחנו הופכים את ההטמעה לסופר פשוטה, ומזמינים סוכנים לאמץ אותה. כדי לדחוף אותו קדימה, אנחנו גם מציעים אותו out-of-the-box לסוחרים שלנו.

Its major shareholder and former CEO, Paddy Cosgrave (@paddycosgrave), and its current CEO, Katherine Maher (@krmaher), have dedicated the past week to the challenging task of censoring a video that we produced, which critiques their organization.

They used false copyright claims, submitted numerous DMCA threats on all platforms - doing all they can to prevent from our video from spreading and tell the truth about their brand.
