@mashabani This lacks context. Around 10–15 percent support regime. People against regime get shot if they come out. The fact the media doesn’t give this context and use these images to feed the narrative that the regime has broad support is irresponsible.
According to a report by the Human Rights Activists News Agency,
on Sunday, February 1, 2026, eleven people were hanged in Iran in the prisons of
Qazvin, Arak, Borujerd, Bushehr, and Sanandaj. Unreal levels of evil going on in Iran.
@Delta why people hate flying. Flight Chicago-nyc ~$500 (preCovid was 1/2 the cost). 1030am flight delayed over 2hrs. No reason given. Then delay on tarmac. In air another delay flying to jfk, another 15 min on tarmac then no gate agent at jfk. Whole day wasted. Horrible.
@AndreasRck2 Tough case. We’ve been using the extra stiff safari wire the body is similar to a lunderquist and has a nice pre shaped curve. Has been helpful for us.
@MustafaAhmedMD Interesting case thanks for sharing. Did you do a TEE prior? If so did it show leaflets constricted. I think BAV is a great decision and lead to a nice result. Was this fx system? We’ve been using the extra support safari for these cases and has been helpful.
@sbrugaletta@PCRonline@gabor_gt@KanounSid@deharo_pierre@escardio@EAPCIPresident What is the coronary height and VTC for the viv? Will reaccess to coronary be a major issue? If not I would vote for TAVI viv first then staged pci of the left main/lad with one stent if possible, provisional lcx. BAV of bioprosthetic valve risky w/o viv next.
@SripalBangalore@agtruesdell This was my case recently via femoral with a long 45cm sheath. Extremely tortuous anatomy everywhere. Do you think any benefit with larger long sheath 7 or 8f with these cases?
