@Delta why people hate flying. Flight Chicago-nyc ~$500 (preCovid was 1/2 the cost). 1030am flight delayed over 2hrs. No reason given. Then delay on tarmac. In air another delay flying to jfk, another 15 min on tarmac then no gate agent at jfk. Whole day wasted. Horrible.

@AndreasRck2 Tough case. We’ve been using the extra stiff safari wire the body is similar to a lunderquist and has a nice pre shaped curve. Has been helpful for us.

We use lunderquist and Propofol outside of sheath as well as inside of sheath if using sapien. Would take picture through big sheath after as you pull back to make sure no iliac injury and have covered stents handy.
