Gen., I believe the focus right now should be on nation-building, economic empowerment, building national consensus (open civic space and freedom of dissent), and the consolidation of national unity. Uganda is endowed with immense wealth. We must defeat the enemy poverty by investing in our people, infrastructure, institutions and national security. For God and My Country.
