My biggest wish in gaming right now is to be a player in a full campaign of The Between. I finally have time to dedicate to TTRPGs again and Carved from Brindlewood games are the ones I’m most excited about. Look at this art from the Between’s book that’s crowdfunding now 🤩

There are so many incredible IPs and systems with live crowdfunding campaigns right now but I can’t see past The Between. It blows every other campaign out the water in terms of content, value, design and quality.

My favourite book series (Discworld) is being recreated as an rpg and the only thing the Kickstarter has done for me is reinforce the incredible value of the Gauntlet’s “The Between” campaign on BackerKit. Please check it out.

This little square might be the best gadget I’ve ever bought.

I’ve been struggling with my attention and tried a lot of ways to limit mobile phone usage with limited success.

Today I took it to work with me and bricked my phone for a total of 7.5 hours. I’ve never felt more productive and focussed.

This might sound irrelevant to some people but as someone with unmedicated ADHD I could cry with how free this has made me.

The Between was an insta-back for me and I can’t wait to have these gorgeous books in my hands.

The tools and techniques I’ve learned from Jason’s games have made me a better GM of all systems and mechanics like this are an example of why.
