سرچینو افغانستان انټرنشنل ته ویلي، چې طالبانو په کندهار، هلمند او ارزګان ولایتونو کې د تېر جمهوري نظام د پخوانیو نظامیانو نوملړونه چمتو کړي او له تېرو څو ورځو راهیسې د یادو فهرستونو له‌مخې ټول پخواني نظامیان څاري او د ټیلیفون له لارې یې د استوګنې ځایونه تثبیتوي.

سرچینو ویلي چې په کندهار، هلمند او ارزګان ولایتونو کې د طالبانو استخباراتو، امنیه قوماندانۍ، ولایت مقام، د احصايي ادارې، امربالمعروف او نورو ادارو لس کسیز ګډ پلاوي د چمتو شویو نوملړونو له‌مخې، د تېر جمهوري نظام د پخوانیو نظامیانو تعقیب او څار پیل کړی دی.

سرچینې وايي، طالبان د تېر جمهوري نظام د پخوانیو نظامیانو د شهرت په اړه له وړاندې جوړو شویو نوملړونو له‌مخې، له هغوی سره تلیفوني اړیکې نیسي او د اوسېدو د ځای او فعالیت په اړه ترې ډاډ ترلاسه کوي.

سرچینې زیاتوي، چې په یادو نوملړونو کې د پخوانیو نظامیانو نوم، د پلار نوم، اصلي استوګنځای، فعلي سکونت، د اړیکې شمېره او پخوانۍ دندې په اړه معلومات لیکل شوي دي.

په کندهار کې د پخوانیو نظامیانو له منځه یو تن افغانستان انټرنشنل ته وویل:«له دې کار څخه هدف دادی چې د پخوانیو نظامیانو په اړه ډاډ ترلاسه شي، چې هغوی په څه بوخت دي او چېرې دي؟»

یو بل تن پخواني سرتېري، چې په ورته یوه نوملړ کې یې نوم دی او اړیکه ورسره نیول شوې، وویل، چې « په دغو فهرستونو کې اکثره د تېر نظام د ملي پولیسو، محلي پولیسو او د پخواني حکومت د ملي امنیت د پارټیزاني[چریکي] ګروپونو د غړو په اړه معلومات دي».

نوموړي زیاته کړه:« دا کسان د خپله همدې ولایتونو دي، په ښار او ولسوالیو کې یې دندې لرلې او خلکو پیژندل، ځینې یې په اولو وختونو کې ایران او پاکستان ته تللي دي او ډیر اوس هم په خپلو ولایتونو کې اوسېږي».

په کندهار کې یوې طالب سرچینې افغانستان انټرنشنل ته وویل چې په یادو نوملړونو کې د کندهار په ژیړۍ ولسوالۍ کې د ۹۰۰، په شاولیکوت کې ۷۰۰، په پنجوايي کې ۷۰۰، په میوند کې ۳۰۰ او په ډنډ کې د ۸۰۰ پخوانیو نظامیانو په اړه معلومات خوندي دي.

These are the faces of former Afghan National Defense and Security Forces personnel who were killed after the Taliban seized control of Afghanistan.

In the past three months alone, we have documented more than 184 former soldiers killed, many subjected to horrific torture. The danger has only grown as former soldiers are deported back to Afghanistan, particularly from Iran and Türkiye.

We refuse to forget them. We will continue to document every crime, preserve every name, and pursue justice for every victim. Those responsible for murder, torture, and other abuses must be held accountable under the law. No regime can secure its future through fear and brutality.

To those who still sympathize with the Taliban, look at these faces and ask yourself: what if this were your father, your mother, your brother, your sister, your son, or your daughter?

These are not statistics. They were Afghans. They were our soldiers. They are our brothers and sisters. We will remember them, we will honor them, and we will never stop pursuing justice.
