I can’t believe this gorgeous dog is still at the shelter! This is gorgeous , 2 year Old, Old English Sheepdog , 51lbs, named Def Leopard. He’s described as “loving attention, wants someone to hold his paw, and is submissive with people. He can be carried with no issues. He did well with staff cutting his matted fur. There were no issues.”

He’s located at the very deadly, Apple Valley Municipal Animal Shelter, in Apple Valley, CA.

There is very little foot traffic at this shelter

Please go adopt or offer to foster or adopt so a rescue can pull him. Fostering is free if you live in Southern California through a rescue.

Good morning to everyone except the Home Depot in Lake City, FL, @LakeCityHD6864 @HomeDepot
where a managed cat colony had been peacefully living on the property for 6 years. Every cat was fixed, vaccinated, regularly fed and cared for, and there was an agreement with Home Depot allowing the colony to remain on the property.

That changed when a new manager took over and decided the cats were no longer welcome. Rather than giving The Ranch Rescue caretakers who had managed the colony for years an opportunity to trap and safely relocate them, something was done with the cats without their involvement.

Two were found dead under circumstances that raised concerns about possible poisoning, then the rest of the colony was removed. Despite repeated requests for information, Home Depot has yet to provide clear answers about what was done with the cats or where the remaining cats are.

Six years of responsible colony management, only for a new manager to come along and apparently decide animal cruelty and secrecy were the better option.

The cats deserved better, and the people who cared for them deserve answers.

I condemn, with every fiber of my being, the threats of and calls for murder from the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire.

Every freedom-loving American — Independents, Republicans, Democrats, and, yes, Libertarians — must do the same.

Calling for the killing of fellow Americans because you disagree is not liberty. It is absolutely anti-American.

You can disagree with someone as deeply as humanly possible. But in the United States of America you cannot call for their killing and go unpunished.

I am calling on the New Hampshire Attorney General @NH_DOJ and federal law enforcement to fully investigate these threats and hold anyone who broke the law accountable.

Threats of murder like this have no place in New Hampshire or anywhere in America. They must stop. Now.
