In Lieu of jail time, I propose that everyone affected by the fire be allowed to line up and kick him square in the grunties.

This is either the Bug fire or the Stallion fire. Both are semi in my area. My family, myself and house are safe. No need to worry. Just wanted to show how that fire is just rolling through the hills.
