@BootsUK has the worst customer service ever!! I made an order to my old address by accident and am being told nothing can be done to cancel it! (Within 10 minutes of ordering!)

@WandleHA @TraceyLees2 Do not buy shared ownership with Wandle - THEY ARE AWFUL to deal with. Absolutely no communication and constant price increases without notification. Can safely saying it’s NOT affordable housing, and they leave buildings in disrepair with no effort
@TraceyLees2 That’s a big job, because your services are absolutely appalling if not non existent. 8 yrs &not a single improvement. Worst communications I’ve ever known from a company. £250 mnthly increased rent and service charges for absolutely nothing. No wonder all your staff keep leaving
@WandleHA @TraceyLees2 our whole block has had NO HOT WATER for 3 days with absolutely no explanation frm Wandle or any updates & they kindly sent us a new increased direct debit with absolutely no explanation attached. Appalling service from @WandleHA once again (Woodrow Court)
@lambeth_council I have booked and paid for a registrar this weekend on Saturday 20th August at 3pm and I haven’t heard anything yet?? I’ve tried to call and email and had no response. Can someone come back to me please!!
