OK在美国狗模人样，又是融资又是合作，都是因为那份和解协议。回顾这个案件，会发现有诸多疑点，在这里做个盘点：

2025年2月7日，纽约南区联邦地区法院收到联邦检察官提交的起诉书，标志着正式起诉程序启动。

而短短三周之后，OKX就和当局达成协议，诚然，这种协议之前肯定是经过大量的讨价还价和协商。

但是在美国的朋友都知道，以美国政府的办事效率，这个可谓是坐火箭。

与之相对的，币安 @binance 在23年的案子里，23年11月份开始认罪，整个案件包括@cz_binance CZ的量刑直到24年4月才宣告结束，时间长达半年，这才是正常时间。

这里我们提出一个细节问题，为什么是纽约南区联邦地区法院？司法部的起诉书是这么解释OKX与纽约南区的具体联系的：

1) OKX招揽过来自纽约南区的人。
2) OKX赞助了在曼哈顿举行的电影节并投放广告。
3) OKX的非法汇款业务资金流经纽约南区。

币安也招揽过纽约南区人员，也在时代广场上投送过广告，也有跟纽约南区的业务，OK干过的BN都干过，那么为什么起诉BN的是其他联邦检察院呢？

大家都干了，OK却跑了，这其中猫腻在哪？

有人会问，讲故事就讲故事，在这里扣这些细节干什么？

要我说，细节里才有魔鬼，才有OK上岸看戏而CZ下海捡肥皂的关键所在。
